Return Window

  • Eligible returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date (or delivery date for shipped items).

  • Returns after this period will generally not be accepted, except in cases required by law (e.g., defective items).

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or refund, items must meet all of the following:

  • Be in original, unused, and resalable condition (including original packaging, tags, and accessories).

  • Include proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).

  • Not show signs of wear, use, damage, or tampering.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order items.

  • Digital downloads, software, gift cards, or services.

  • Perishable goods, hygiene products, intimate apparel, or opened consumables.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper care.

  • Clearance, final sale, or discounted promotional items (unless defective).

Refund Process

  1. Contact us (link is on the homepage) before shipping any return to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Provide your order number and reason for return.

  2. Ship the item back to us at your expense using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring the package.

  3. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item (typically within 5–10 business days).

  4. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days after inspection.

Important Protections Against Fraud and Abuse:

  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit returns from any customer we reasonably suspect of fraudulent activity, return abuse, "wardrobing" (using and returning), serial returns, or patterns of excessive returns.

  • Refunds may be issued as store credit or gift card (instead of cash) for certain returns or flagged accounts.

  • We may deduct restocking fees (up to 30% of the item value) for returns that do not meet perfect condition standards or for high-value items.

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Original shipping fees are only refunded if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

  • We require inspection of all returned items before processing refunds. Refunds will be delayed or denied if items are not received in acceptable condition.

  • Repeat offenders may have future orders restricted or accounts flagged.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) with photos and details. We will cover return shipping for verified issues and offer a full refund, replacement, or exchange at our discretion.
